ClnZoneTech I (Hardwall Cleanroom)

The hardwall cleanroom is pre-engineered to join ceiling, floor and mechanical components to provide complete control of critical environmental conditions. The wall panels attach to form airtight seals providing constant positive pressure and particulate control. Walls are 1/4” to 3” thick and have a honeycomb or polystyrene core covered with vinyl-covered hardboard, factory coated steel, factory coated aluminum, FRP or stainless steel. We offer standard or conductive finishes in a selection of colors. The system is also compatible with a family of fully integrated modular environmental systems that will maintain temperature and humidity in the cleanroom.
