The CZT II (Secured Modular Softwall Cleanroom)

Designed to meet your exact Size and Class requirements. The CZT II cleanroom is specifically designed to meet requirements of a wide range of industries including the medical, pharmaceutical, parts cleaning, electronic, disk drive manufacturing to name a few. The cleanroom is totally freestanding or it can be used in combination with your existing walls and ceiling. The CZT II can be equipped with an internal or external gowning room, pass-thru box’, single of double doors. Seismic design is also available.

The self supporting ceiling system will accommodate either Fan Powered HEPA or ULPA filters or ducted HEPA or ULPA filters. Fan powered filters are available with duct collar adapters for direct connection to your building HVAC system. The air passed from your existing environment, through prefilters and final filter and exits the cleanroom through gravity flow dampers. The dampers also act as back-draft and automatically close down, minimizing cleanroom contamination if there is a power outage.
