Specifications Filtration:

The StratoClean™ is equipped with a filtration system that allows it to effectively operate in a cleanroom or controlled environment. The series of filters will progressively remove large to sub-micron particles.

The prefilter system consists of two high capacity pleated panel filters rated at a 30% efficiency and one extended surface rigid air filter with an ASHRAE efficiency rating of 80-86%. These filters will provide maximum protection of the final filter while offering low air flow resistance. The final filter is a high efficient ULPA (Ultra Low Penetration Air) filter rated 99.9995% at .128 micron. The filter is DOP free. DOP testing is available upon request.

Fan/Motor

The fan/motor is a 1/2 hp direct drive forward curve centrifugal type with sealed bearings. The motor is a permanent split capacitor type, rated for continuous duty, furnished with thermal overload protection. The power requirements are 110V 50/60 Hertz, Operating Amps = 3.2, full load nameplate Amps = 4.5. Also available 208V, 277V, 230V or energy efficient.

Features

Operator interface is through a 9.0" opening running the length of the unit. Parts or equipment delivery is through the two sliding rear doors or the front operator interface The system is ergonomically designed to accommodate a wide range of the population, i.e. from the 5 percentile Asian female to the 95 percentile American male.

The StratoCleanTM is designed to operate independently, linked side to side or back to back.
