We design each clean enclosure to meet your specific class and size requirements utilizing certified suppliers for standard equipment, i.e. Fan Filter Units, Ceiling Systems, Pass-Thru Boxes, and Wet Stations. We offer a wide range of wall systems from conductive aluminum to standard Vinyl’s. Our staff monitors the construction of the cleanrooms to assure they meet the highest standards required by our customers.

Our knowledgeable installation crew has installed cleanrooms throughout the US and Internationally. The softwall CZT II and CZT III cleanrooms rooms will generally be installed in days and the hardwall CZT I cleanroom in two to three weeks.

Don Zytka, President of Clean Zone Technology LLC™, has spent the past 25+ years in cleanroom planning, project management, resolution of contamination issues, production and engineering management and vendor base integration in the development of clean manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Far East.

His expertise is in the management of clean environment design and build projects, cleanroom construction management, cleanroom operation management, and generation of cleanroom construction and operation protocols, protocol training, and the auditing of clean environments.
